Biscuits (like really big ones)

Yields about 8 large biscuits

2 cups flour

1 stick European butter, chilled and cubed

2/3 cup milk

1 tablespoon baking powder

scant amount salt

1/4 cup water (thereabouts)

Place all ingredients except water in standing mixer. Gradually add water until mixture sticks together.

Roll out biscuits on floured surface. Cut biscuits with top of large coffee cup.

Bake at 450 degrees 12-15 minutes (check bottom of biscuit to determine if they are done, they should be golden brown).
